this is what I’d want. I want a dime to give me a un achievable time( 10-12 minutes). As I’d train but never be told what my endured times are, only encouraged and HIGHLY disciplined afterwards. Then the next day be encouraged to perform the position myself for my very own practice which will be a daily routine until my next dome supervised exam. Then notes recorded, as I’m sent to practice. Repeating over over in hopes that I could meet the requirements of the dome.

I love this video, omg look though out how he struggles to plank then gets a break. Around 3:22 he’s moving a lot but actually holds up well. As he gets to 3:45 he’s repositioning, breathing hard and u can see his body weight on his nuts. 4:06+ he engages his core, glutes and hamstrings, leans his head back as he pushes his pelvis toward the ceiling. 4:6-5minutes plus he was putting up a hell of an attempt.
